No Zombies in Resident Evil 4!

It has come to light that there will be no zombies in Resident Evil 4, in news that has shocked and intrigued fans of the seminal horror series.

According to lead producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi, the villagers we have seen in shots and demos to date are not zombies, nor are they infected with any kind of disease...

Speaking to IGN, Kobayashi-san stated that there will be a significant amount of puzzles in the game, more action sequences than any other game in the series, no FMV with all cut-scenes using the game engine, a balanced mixture of internal and external play, a whole new playable character, and see some involvement from the sinister
Unbrella Corp.

-> Capcom won't forget the classic elements like going through dark corridors with weird creatures.

-> In the E³ 2003 video, Leon was infected with a virus. This part has been cut out of the game.

That is crazy they must be infected with something because they act like Zombies but they still have way of defending them selfs and i can't wait to play it . But they have to increase the story i want to see more the of the Mr X project.

Yeah at first I didn't know what to really think after seeing that news but now I think it might still be intresting, I still can't wait to play it.

Thanks , I can not wait. Who do you think Leon is looking for ? i think it is shelly Burkin but in the books she stays with her aunt a powerful lawyer who umbrella can not touch . I can not wait to get RE:OUTBREAK because it is not out in the U.K until June.

yay crazy villagers, i think this will be one fine game still i cant do to much more waiting for it.

may be leon was sent to check out the village and get stuck there or something that or he really is looking for some thing

Resident Evil 4 looks good even if Leon is going to die ! If you have watched the first trailer Leon is infected with the T/G-virus so it is only a matter of time and I can't wait to see why the villagers are so NUTS.
