No. I choose Link but good try! I like him second. Did you know what he was suppose to be Russin but the computer was on the frize so his voice came out Itlain? The game designers liked it an dkept it that way.

I heard that they made Mario like that as a Italian plumber as an insult to the Italians. I still like it though. I am Italian and this is what I think of the japs...  I never heard that though. I chose Link because zelda is the bomb and Link is the main character so he is the best.  |

ok ppl, i signed in to this website for one reason and one reason only: you guys are wrong about how the mario character was created. if you guys just read, then you'll know the true story. the book "GAME OVER" has the history of the nintendo empire. it explains how they were trying to create a "human" character for their game "donkey kong." because they only had 16 bit graphics, they were having a difficult time creating a human like character, especially the face. so the creators enlarged the head and nose. then they gave the character a mustache to suggest a mouth. the red shirt, and blue overalls were designed to stand out from the black background in the game... ...and f.y.i.- the sound bits were just as bad as the graphics, ;D so they didn't really create any language sound bites to go with the character. just music background, and "yohoo", and other non-sensical sounds. the creators didn't get the idea of "making" the character italian until it was used for a new game. when they used the character again for it's own game, "mario," they chose to gave him an italian name because of his big mustache. ok. laters.  ~things you forget to say will haunt you~ |

Ok people I put my fav. nitendo character as Luigi because he is like a clone of Mario. I really like clones that copy the really people. Why did I pick Luigi. because he is really cool and he can do cooler actions then Mario even though Mario can do the same thing as Luigi.Bi people I'm done here. |
