When I go to scroll down on this forum the page turns into a bunch of lines and I have to hit the X button and go back to the page until it does it again. This is the only proboards forum I go to that this happens. Is it just me or do others also have this problem?

When I was using Internet Explorer it did that. I think it's cause of the shoutbox at the bottom of the site.
It does that for a little bit. I was thinking about removing it, it slows down the loading time of this board.

I just took it off, so it shouldn't do that.
