Marvel made public today that they've filed suit against Korean developer NCsoft over their popular MMORPG title City of Heroes.
It appears that the main focus of Marvel's lawsuit stems from City of Hero's ability to let players create their own characters. Not surprisingy, many of the player created heroes have strongly resembled superheroes from the Marvel universe.
While specific details about the lawsuit are yet to be reported, the Associated press is indicating that Marvel centered on two specific characters that bore more than a striking resemblence to Wolverine and the Hulk.
