Major League Gaming announced today that their first event will take place in New York on October 25th & 26th. The two games to be played competitively will be Madden NFL 2004 for PS2 and Halo for Xbox. "MLG is for real and the proof is that the best gamers in the country are coming to our first regional event in New York City to show the world what pro gaming is all about," said Michael Sepso, CEO, MLG. "If you are serious about your gaming and want to be a pro gamer, then being a part of the first MLG tournament is not only important, it's essential."
