Incase you missed the news over the weekend, via Gamespot, Interplay has officially been closed by California's Department of Industrial Relations.
The closure followed an inspection of Interplay's offices by DIR investigators, who fount out the company was without workers'
compensation insurance nor had they paid certain employees.
