Citing development and quality issues, Microsoft announced today in Japan that they have ceased work on their previously upcoming MMORPG True Fantasy Live Online. The game was being developed by Level 5, whose previous work included the popular Dark Cloud franchise.

Apparently, the move came after Microsoft was unable to obtain a product that met its quality standards.
