According to a European court decision made yesterday, Sony's PlayStation 2 has now officially been declared a "computer" and not merely just a games console, allowing the company to possibly receive "millions" in refunds from customs fees if they decide to go that route. The court responded that their decision was based upon the "components of the item" and not just "its purpose", as in a computer that so happens to play games is still a computer.
